Transverse abdominis excercises?

Can I get some recs for DVDs that have exercises for the transverse abdominis muscles?

karen voight streamline fitness - particularly the PM portion for abs.

kathy smith's pilates workouts for the abs. she does the "zip your tight jeans" visual, which activates the TA muscles.

and a book:

Jennifer Rhodes Peak Performance Fitness (excellent). our public library has a copy - perhaps yours does too.

Jill Miller's Yoga Links: Core Intensive is the best I know. The Exhale Core Fusion series is a distant second. I like the Karen Voight, but it's more transverse lite. Nothing wrong with that!!!!!

I have those Karen Voight, Kathy Smith and Core Fusion DVDs already, so I will dig them up.

Sharon, did you mean Core Integration? I Googled it, but didn't find anything for Core Intensive.
