Alarming Yoga Practice

today's practice ended interestingly , I did 2 segments from Rodney's A.M yoga this evening and I was just about to start my shavasana when suddenly I heard an alarm outside , for the first time ever hammas decided to shoot missiles at our city as well , I went straight to the safe room and I actually heard the crashing sound . when the alarm ended I just went back to my room , opened the news and finished my practice , it wasn't very relaxing though. The missile crashed not that far from my neighbourhood in a kindergarten , but no one was hurt luckily . I hope it's the last time those dimwits interrupt my yoga practice!

Oh my! That is horrible! I can't imagine why you couldn't relax (insert sarcasm here). I just want to tell you to stay safe, but I guess that would hard to do since you can't predict where the rockets will hit. I hope the dimwits knock it off soon.

I'm so glad to hear that you're safe and no one was hurt. I can't believe you finished your practice... that part made me LOL. You're certainly dedicated!

I am glad that you can find some humor in it. My goodness. I am glad you are safe! I am sure meditating would be helpful. I pray things settle down in your country. We need peace in this world.

That's beyond alarming, it's just plain scary!
You really are a devoted yogi to finish your practice after something like that
Here's hoping that you are no longer interrupted by anything as serious as a bomb again.

Yoni - I'm glad you are safe and could find humor in the situation. Finishing your yoga practice was the best thing you could have done for your mind and body after such an adrenaline rush. Keep safe
