Hello All!
Two more weeks and hopefully crutches are over.
My surgery went according to plans, so goes the recovery. I had 4 PT visits, now I'm doing my own PT, for the hip is very straightforward. Every day Im doing abs, leg raises hip raises etc and bands for upper body and core. Honestly, I don't think I will lost a lot of strength. Not to mention up and down all day long on the steps should count as a form of workout.
I'm so looking forward to return to you guys with "real" stuff.
