I'm another huge fan of both the cardio and interval workouts. LOVE them!
The cardio workout is great as is, or adding kettlebell swings between each exercise. The interval workouts on disc 6 & 7 were the workouts that I used for strength work during my 6 week vacation. I added either push ups or dumbbell chest presses at the end of the workouts to make them a total body workout.
