I have a Leslie Sansone Dvd I am not using. Are you able to use walking workouts? I think it is 3 mile weight loss walk. I would be glad to send it to you. Please pm me with your address if you would like it.

Do you have time to maybe do one or more 10 minute walks with Leslie through out your day?

When I have been away from working out for awhile even a short Leslie can make me feel better. She is always my go to when restarting. Mix & Match Walk Blasters is a favorite and has 10 ten minute walks.

I scanned through some of your recent posts and read that you love belly dancing, maybe you can start with some short dance segments and alternate with Leslie.

ETA: I also read that you have and enjoy Classical Stretch. These can be made as easy or hard as you want them to be. In Miranda's newer releases she says if you are just starting out, move like a ragdoll with very gentle flowing movements.
