Smile Best Feel Good & Toning Rotation

I've been thinking alot about rotations lately. I'm at a place in my life right now where I'm looking for a DVD rotation with the following goals/criteria

1. No dread factor, feel good rotation (that does not necessarily have to equate with beginner)

2. Lighter weights, but enough to maintain "tone", not necessarily brute strength

3. Leaves you feeling worked out but not tired

4. Other than some light weight work, no other "must haves"

I'd love to hear what others have done. I'm looking at an old Jessica rotation Four Weeks of Fusion and considering loosely following that and putting in some Ellen, Essentrics and Slim Series. I also plan on adding in walking outdoors whenever I have time and the weather cooperates.

I like Margaret Richard a lot except for the push-ups when she does a lot of them. I would just do what you thought was manageable for you, or even skip them and sub some chest presses instead.

The point is do what you need to do to make the workout a pleasant (but effective) experience.

I have a few Margaret Richards workouts that I haven't done in years that I forgot about. I'm going to have to take a look at these! Thanks.

I absolutely loved Jessica’s Calm and Strong rotation. It hit all of those things for me. I liked it much better than the 4 Weeks of Fusion rotation. Truly my favorite Rotation of Jessica’s.

This week I've been pairing Gilad Total Body Sculpt episodes with Namaste Yoga episodes. Those are 22 minutes each, so it's a 44-minute workout, and fits all your criteria. I'm really loving it.

A Jessica Smith rotation along with some Essentrics & gentle yoga would definitely be no dread for me.

On the Total Body Sculpt dvds, are the workouts from the TV show and if so, are they choppy as in you know where the TV commercial break was or do they flow well?
