BJ Gaddour- Total Body Terror (Workout title sounds worse than it is!)
Team Body Project- 20 min. low impact cardio. This was a perfect add-on because there is no cool down or stretch in my first workout.

I'm following the original Peak 10 rotation but instead of Core Dynamics and Dynamic Flexibility I chose to do CS Cardio Workout with Alexa Leon (great for abs/core too)/Hip Stretch with Meg Feeney. These are on line exclusive workouts. The instructors are great at teaching how to do the moves properly with great form. Every time I almost give up my CS subscription I do a couple and remind myself to do them more.

My mom is 80 and has heart disease, diabetes, heart palpitations, and she can hardly move. I will not allow myself to stop moving.

Tomorrow I dash for extra money so it is a rest day from an official workout.
