What is your current favorite Upper Body workout?
Lately, I'm really enjoying X-TrainFit: Toning with Karen Gentz. Laura wrote a very helpful review:
http://www.videofitness.com/reviewsd...ew.php?id=4855 It is low-key and under 30 minutes. It's a good one to go heavy. Sometimes I make it into a pyramid-type workout. I like to do a bit of a longer warm-up than is in the video. Karen is pleasant and has no annoying stupid jokes. That reduces any dread factor. What is your current favorite Upper Body workout?
