Question What is your current favorite Upper Body workout?

Lately, I'm really enjoying X-TrainFit: Toning with Karen Gentz. Laura wrote a very helpful review:

http://www.videofitness.com/reviewsd...ew.php?id=4855

It is low-key and under 30 minutes. It's a good one to go heavy. Sometimes I make it into a pyramid-type workout. I like to do a bit of a longer warm-up than is in the video.

Karen is pleasant and has no annoying stupid jokes. That reduces any dread factor.

What is your current favorite Upper Body workout?

If I want something gentle, I do the UB from Jane Adams's Balance & Strength.
If I want to feel strong: UB from KCM's Cardio Pump.
If I want 10 min add-on: UB from Suzanne Bowen's Weight Watcher dvd

Cathe Lite Pyramid Pump Upper. In the AM I sometimes just do the up portion instead of up and down.

My go to is Kathy Smith's classic Secrets to a Great Upper Body. I've done it so often I do get bored with it. It's a little weak on lat work so I add in some lat pullovers.

I also do a Cathe oldie, the upper body work from MIS. It's nice to hit all the muscle groups in one workout instead of a two day split.

It's hard for me to pick a favorite, but Ramped Up Upper Body is what came to mind when I tried to think about it.

Cathe's Ramped Up Upper Body makes me whimper! It's good but it has to be a "feeling strong & well-rested" day or else I'd opt for Pyramid Upper Body (which ain't easy but is still easier!)
