Firm Parts Cardio Step Mix is one of my favorites. Only one segment is high impact (Tamela's squat pulse and lateral shuffle). There are calf pumps in several segments, but can be modified if one wishes. One of Carissa's sections has jacks, but can be made into half jacks.
I also love The Method Dynamic Cardio led by Lisa Wheeler. It's more along the line of low intermediate intensity, but I always have a good sweat going. Plus it has jazz and modern dance inspired choreography which makes me feel like I'm taking a dance class.
