Sherry, thanks for mentioning YOUv2. I had not heard of this and checked it out after seeing your post. I went ahead and ordered it.

I hope you like it. I have mine to another Vf friend. I did not click with Leandro, but the workouts and music are fun.

The Butt Bible. There are some sit-ups and I'm not sure if all the upper body will be okay. 2 Lazy 4 the Gym has a breakdown of the exercises. I think some of the workouts are on YouTube.

Another suggestion - Suzanne Bowen's Barre Amped Set - she has rotations included on her website and in the boxed set. There's no impact in any of them - I just read back through your post and saw the sit-up - her core work is pretty intense - I don't think she has a ton of sit-ups but planks for sure. Easy enough to skip over though as the core is usually its own separate section.
