Asylum??

For those of you who have both 1&2, which one is more strength based as opposed to cardio based? Is 2 a lot harder? Which one has less impact? And does anyone know if these were included in BB summer sale? TIA

2 is more strength based and I think it depends on what you're better at that will determine which one is harder; since the first one is more cardio and the second one is more strength. I haven't done either in a while but IMO one was slightly harder than the second, but truly not by much....HTH

I think 2 was easier too. There seemed to be longer breaks between exercises. And 2 has slightly less impact IMO.

I can do all of the workouts in 2 and be able to move the next day. I can't say the same thing of 1.
