2. Which was the first DVD with premixes? Something tells me it this was by Cathe too.
I think it may be Anna Benson with her Firm VHS tapes. I remember paying $50 sight unseen and waiting for her new VHS workouts to be released. I remember waiting months for the release. There was no discount though for purchasing in advance.
There was a discount with the original Firms. $10.00 off the release price. I remember those well as nothing came close to them. They were worth the money.

Reason: grammar
With $25 shipping to Canada the classic Firm pre-sale tapes were $75! And worth every penny. I did them hundreds of times, I'm sure.

Brent: Nah. I'm not gonna put all my eggs in one basket.
In a sense the Firm also invented the pre-mix when they came up with the Firm Parts tapes, which were made from mixing and matching parts of already existing Firm tapes. However they never put pre-mixes on dvds the way Cathe did.

Wow! My first Firm VHS tapes were lent to me by a friend. I had no idea they were so expensive. By the time I started buying they were priced more reasonably and available on DVD.
I used to love firm mixed tapes. I remember Super Cardio. I used to think Standing Legs was tough. Then I discovered Cathe.
I learnt something....presales - Anna Benson. Premixes - Cathe. Thank you.
