Leslie Sansone Express Cuts from Walk 15

I bought this set (Walk 15) last year from QVC for something like $21 shipped and it excluded the bonus Express Cuts options. Express Cuts, as i understand it, were "parts" premixes of the footage in the basic set. i heard that they exclude warm-ups and possibly the cool downs.

questions:
1) how many express cuts options are there?
2) what are the run times of each?
3) what are the differences between what's already included in the basic set?
4) can Express Cuts be purchased separately, and is it worth it?

VFers seem to like the Express Cuts options, it seems, so i was wondering about the above questions.

If you don’t get other answers before I get home, I’ll answer when I can look at my DVD.

I’m pretty sure the Express Cuts cannot be purchased separately.

These are the workouts on the Express Cuts:

2 mile - 29:32
3 mile - 40:24
4 mile - 49:08
5 mile - 59:24

Same footage as the regular set but they cut out the cool down between walks and maybe the warm ups - I can’t remember real well. Maybe I’ll do one tonight and report back.

I do the Express Cuts more simply because I don't really need a warm up nor cool down for these, and it cuts the time commitment (I could technically fast forward I guess!).

I did the 2 mile walk. It starts with a warm up walk and then goes to a fast walk. After 13 minutes it cuts to the fast walk in mile 2. After 10 minutes the cool down walk starts and after 2 minutes, you go into a 4 minute stretch.

I got 2600 steps in this workout.
