Yoga Burn Monthly - Zoe Bray Cotton

This is a breakdown of the Yoga Burn Monthly series (released in 2016) by Zoe Bray Cotton who does the workouts alone. There are 6 months in the series, each month sold in a case with 4 discs each:

Month 1: Restorative (4.5 hours of content); year released 2016
Month 2: Hatha (6.0 hours of content)
Month 3: Kundalini (6.5 hours of content)
Month 4: Ashtanga (6.5 hours of content)
Month 5: Iyengar
Month 6: Vinyasa

Hierarchy summary:
Month - case of 4 discs
Week – separated by disc, containing 3 to 5 practices; each disc has 1.5 to 2.0 hours of content
Practices – 9 to 30 minutes each

Our lovely Bubbles76 went through the trouble of providing run times and settings (locations) for the first 4 months in the series. I will add the remaining months as I receive the info from VFers (PM me with the info, pretty please!).

I personally own just Month 1, also known as “Kickstart” (marketed this way to introduce people to the series). On Ebay you can find MANY listings for Month 1 at great prices.

Beginner Flow - back on her deck - 45:42

Disc 4, week 4:

Disc 1, week 1:
M2W1P1- Outside by water. Maybe on patio- 29:52

Bonus Pose Tutorial - outside with potted plants, blue sky, and red brick - 8:52

Disc 2, week 2:
M2W2P1 - Outdoors on patio - 28:57
M2W2P2 - same - 29:50

Disc 1, Week 1:
M4W1P1 - Beautiful French windows, overlooking open patio w/ several sets of black (?) patio furniture, green lawn, and lots of trees. Dark wood floors, gray carpet. 29:00
M4W1P2 - Same. 29:04
M4W1P3 - Same. 28:52

Disc 2, Week 2:
M4W2P1 - Green lawn, gray wrought iron fence, gray stone that she had laid her yoga mat on (ouch!), lots of trees. Two potted plants with orange flowers. Peaceful looking buildings to the side. 29:41
M4W2P2 - Same 29:33
M4W2P3 - 30:16
Bonus Stretch and Chill - indoors with glass walls on at least three sides. Looks almost like French windows . Hard to explain, but you get that “outside but inside” feeling because of the openness. Dark wood floors. 30:16 (yes, this practice and the previous have the same time)

Disc 3, Week 3:
M4W3P1 - Outdoors in an area that looks like where you could have an outdoor wedding or reception. Stone floors. Outdoor fireplace, unlit. Curtains. My first thought on the ceiling was “man it looks like a barn in here”.. 30:20
M4W3P2 - Same. 30:00
M4W3P3 - Same. 30:17

Disc 4, Week 4:
M4W4P1 - Same, but this time the camera is in front of the big fireplace., lit this time 30:23
M4W4P2 - Same. 29:46
M4W4P3 - Same. 29:16

Month 5 - Iyengar Yoga
