Is this Mary Kay? If so, maybe you can ask her about any workout that she choreographed

Mary Kay does the 2nd mile of
3 Mile Weight Loss Walk http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...loss-walk-7870 The "Mary Kay" mile is a tough but fun one. I have often wondered if she was once a cheer leader. Her kicks are always up high. Penny |

Another older walk with Mary Kay leading with Leslie.
She might have helped with the choreography of that one. Leslie Sansone - Fat Burning Walk 4 Miles http://www.amazon.com/Leslie-Sansone.../dp/B00022EEF8 Leslie & Mary Kay look and sound like teenagers in leotards with a neon background, This was in the early walk aerobics days. I like this workout and like to use it as my birthday walk. LOL I tried to find a video of this. The best I could find was this review. She shows parts of the video at about 2 minutes into it. http://www.expotv.com/videos/reviews...4-Miles/258418 Penny |

This one was my first Leslie workout and it remains one of my favorites. Back in VCR days, I'd snag up used copies everytime I found them at Half Price Books and give them away to people who asked me about doing home workouts. |
