Cool My experiences so far

Pregnancy with no 1:
Semi fit - exercised but not hard or long enough compared to my pre preg fitness level. I was too scared of harming the baby to push it.

Gained 60 pounds
Horrible self esteem
Towards the end in constant pain
Emergency c- Section, 10lb 4oz baby
Recovery from C-Section: 6 months (got an infection, didn't help that I was overweight post partum)
Time to get body back: well over 2 years (but it did come back!)

Currently 12 weeks pregnant with #2
Weight gain so far: 2 pounds
Fitness level: extremely fit, teaching classes, running, swimming, doing weights
Effect on self esteem so far: exercise is helping me feel good about myself and helps me feel in control of my body, seems to help lessen morning sickness symptoms, too.
Hoping: for better delivery outcome (VBAC, maybe) but taking each day as it comes there!

Good luck!
