Walk & Twerk with Leslie
No, it's not a new Leslie workout. (That I would LOVE to see!)
 I did her Party Songs video the other day. For the brief HIIT sections, I practiced twerking. Yup, though I have no booty, I gave it a try. I actually did OK. I think trying to learn bellydance isolations last year helped. I wish someone would make a Walk & Twerk video!

Too funny! I would NOT buy a Leslie twerking workout, but this made me laugh!
My just-turned-six niece is disturbingly good at twerking (I have to tell her to NOT DO THAT in front of any males, EVER). She likes doing a mile from a Leslie workout with me sometimes, so I will have to tell her about this! |
