I've just recovered from a stomach flu so I kept things easy. Picked some old standbys of mine to end the year. I started a few minutes before 1AM Eastern/10pm Pacific with a little bit of warmup on my stationary bike, then did the Garden hip openers section of Rodney Yee's Meditation and Yoga, followed by the warm up (ROM and aligning) and the walking section of Moira Stott and PJ O'Clair's Secret of Weight Loss Vol. 1 and finished with the 15 minute routine from J. Brown's Yoga at a couple of minutes after 2AM Eastern/11PM Pacific.
