I did 3 of Jane's practices today. One was the Lying Practice from Gentle Yoga which I hadn't done for quite a while. Wow - it was so nice! Yumberful.

Last night, I finally got around to doing the seated practice from Jane's Yoga For Seniors. I wanted something light before bed and it fit the bill. A cat wanders over to Jane at one point and then meanders off. I cracked up. What is it with cats and yoga? |

How do you like the Yoga for Seniors dvd? Is it worth getting? I have Gentle Yoga and the Balance one and like them a lot. Thanks. Ann |

Nope, you are not dreaming. Jane Adams' videos are actually what they say they are. The mirror-cueing is a dream come true (for me anyway). Let us know if you try out her DVDs. |
