I just finished all 7 segments today. some segments that were challenging for me in a good way and for parts I followed the beginner mods. Even with the advanced options I'd say its a solid intermediate or follow the beginner modifications and take breaks if needed for a beginner workout. The upper body cardio I found was the most challenging. all the segments were great and Suzanne is impeccable as always.

Cheri, you may have gone to a franchise location. They are real sticklers in those places, they even charge higher prices.

I saw this kit at my meeting today. I opened it up and there is one DVD with 78 minutes of content, a schedule / tracking chart, a marking pen and a thingy that looks like you can stick on the wall to hold a tracking pen. it retails for $24.99. I decided to not buy it.

It was the cost to produce the calendar which drove up the price, Michelle Rygiel produces for Anchor Bay and Starz.

Thanks for your email. They Calendar part of that Kit is very expensive to produce, we knew that but thought it would be useful.
