Anything like Firm Express?

I have a 20-30 minute window of free time in the morning (I haven't adjusted to the time change yet). I'm revisiting my Firm Express collection and I'm having so much fun with them. I love them this time around! I'm not doing them as a "real" strength training/"workout" session, but only to get up and move in the morning and have fun. What else is similar? I like that these are:
  • 20 minutes
  • a huge variety of movement
  • cardio + weights
  • fairly fast paced
  • fun combinations

Thank you for your suggestions!
-Anita

I think they're a little less intense than Firm Express and Aimee Nicotera's Take 20 DVDs fit your time frame. Each volume has 2-4 20 minute workouts on them. Pretty varied too!

There are the Fitprime and Kickbutt "quickie" workouts that are about 20 minutes. They would be less intense than Firm Express.

Thanks for mentioning Firm Express- this might just be the thing that I can do in a short amount of time in the early morning now that it's soooo dark outside!
