I was reading through some of the TA check-in and some people do a lot more in addition to the TA muscular structure work. I am in awe. I think Continuity is hard.

For those of you that do other things in addition to continuity, how much total time do you spend working out every day? Thanks!

I add on to TA. I have found for me that adding tonique in with TA really does wonders. The two go very well together. I count tonique as cardio most of the time.

Do you mind me asking how much time it takes every day? Probably 1 to 1.5 hours? I really need to work out more.
