Regarding the benefits of rebounding for lymph and detox-
Regarding the benefits of rebounding for lymph and detox- has anyone (Lainie?) looked into it deeply? I've questioned it because I have a friend who is LMT and specializes in lymphatic drainage, in fact that is all she does in private practice and at clinics in my area, and she has poo poohed rebounding for that purpose.

Muscular contraction, especially in the calves, moves lymph. Since rebounding seems, from the studies, to contract many if not all muscles it stands to reason it would pump more lymph. I'm not a fan of Wikipedia but it's the only site I could find that actually provided some links to studies. At question is whether the studies were performed with rebounder or regular trampolines. At least one seemed to be a rebounder study, not sure about the often touted NASA study. Bellicon has some great videos on their site. Bellicon explained in 2 minutes and the science behind....are two of my favorites.

The one question that you never answered Daisy was whether the mat cones or sags in the middle. Do you think you could run on it or follow a fast paced DVD? Sorry to keep calling you back but you're the only one with real answers and quite honestly your answers don't read as enthusiastically as your earlier ones did, though that could be that you're sick of questions. If you could give this rebounder a grade what would it be? Why would you choose that grade? ETA: Maybe you could link to the fastest youtube video you do to give people an idea of what's possible.

A bungee can affect each person differently, depending on weight, cord tension, bounce style, shoes or no shoes, cost, etc.
To be the only one reviewing a new product is a difficult responsibility. Barb S
