For those of you who want to purchase the dvd and do not own a sandbag like myself, Mark says he will be coming out with a list of substitutions that he will post on his website soon, possibly next week.

I am hoping for a good excuse to buy a sandbag eventually, but it's not my top priority.

I don't see myself buying a sandbag ever, as It will be another item that just sits there.

I am glad that I was able to buy Mark's dvd though because I like his kettlebell/bodyweight stuff and will get a lot of use out of it, also the workout is outside.

I love Mark

but I thought I was going to wait. I rarely preorder anything, so again, why did I even open this thread???

I saw the word "outdoor," and I went to check it. WOW it looks gorgeous! Tropical setting by the pool.

Needless to say, I ordered it! (Still $14.99). Woo hoo!

I have literally dozens of DVDs that I haven't tried. But of course I'm going to pre-order.

I have the bells and the sandbag but not allowed to use both due to arthritis in my back. But if I could I definitely would as Mark puts out the toughest workouts ever. He had a 30 day workout plan on his former MyMadMethod site similar to this but the workout was only on the web. The DVD looks great!!

Marks MegaMad Essentials Workout DVD download is up for those who have ordered.

I love the outside view and the workouts look awesome!

I was concerned about the sandbag before, but there are so much workouts on the dvd and I am sure I can modify ,I am glad I ordered just at the last minute
