Does anyone know of a great high rep upper body w/o under 35 mintues?

I'm really liking some high rep upper body workouts these days and usually do them as compound moves, ala Slim Series and the like. However, I just did S90 Ultimate Ball and would love to just add on a great high rep upper body workout, maybe one that also incorporates some punches and stuff. Any ideas???
Thanks,

Kelly

A lot of people don't like it but Slim Series Express Cardio Sculpt fits the bill. I like the workout a lot.

Some of Jari Love's workouts can be done this way, skipping over the lower-body chapters: Ripped and Chiseled, the original Get Ripped, Slim and Lean.

This morning I did the Upper Body Bonus from Cardio Barre Ultimate Advanced, for the first time in ages. Yow, it's nuts! 14 minutes long with about seven million reps: I used one-pound weights.

Another fun one is Uppercuts from the Brazil Butt Lift bonus set.

Tracey Mallett's newest dvd, Booty Barre Plus Abs and Arms sounds perfect! The arms segment is 14 minutes. I use 3 pound dumbbells the whole time, and I really feel the burn! She does incorporate some punches in there, and she even includes a little bit of leg and oblique work. It really is a good upper body workout.

This is one of the hardest workouts I've ever done...I started with one-pound weights and, IIRC, I had to drop to no weights, and then to just staring at the screen by the end.

Some of Margaret Richard's workouts split upper and lower body and some don't so you have to read the breakdown on her website.

I often will do two upper body segments from Good'n'Strong for an hour long upper body workout, then do the two lower body the following day. Generally I prefer full body though.
