KCM for me too -- upper body or mostly upper body premixes rock (Weights, Body Shop, Cardio Pump, Muscle Up, Body Design) and segments dedicated to upper body (Split Sessions, Coffeyfit RAW Upper Body Blast). I also like the X-TrainFit Toning DVD with Karen Gentz and my modest Cathe collection is used occasionally too (premixes or segments of MIS, Muscle Max, BodyMax, Power Hour). Jessica Smith has a couple of great offerings on YouTube too
