I tend to do the ones from Cathe Live more than the DVDs. If I had to pick a favorite DVD spin workout it'd be Cycle Sweat for sure. Just something about that one makes the time go faster and makes me feel more accomplished after. I also really like Pedal Power. Ride and Cycle Max are good, but I don't reach for them as often as the first two mentioned.
