Exclamation OMG! I forgot how fun and TOUGH iBallet is!!!

I felt like doing something different today and thought I would peruse my iTrain collection.

I settled upon a 20 minute iTread followed by iBallet A List.

I rarely EVER sweat, even in extreme heat temperatures. Today, it was as though someone turned on faucet! Literally, I was DRIPPING in sweat and my muscles were shaking. And this is one where Grace uses the mouse trap set-up during glute work, too. Oh my!

I haven't had this experience with a workout in a LONG time. I fully fear that I may have some trouble walking tomorrow.

These may make a nice summer rotation with some Ballet Beautiful supplements. With the good music that is synchronized with effective exercises, this is definitely a fun rotation option.

I recently unearthed some iballets from the ancient computer in the basement. It's been forever since I've done those.

Now you have me scared.

Ugh. I loved iBallet but that company was awful. They charged me months on end, refused to respond to emails explaining why, didn't return phone calls, etc. I eventually had to get a new cc and reported them to the BBB. The only company I ever reported. I got rid of the few workouts I bought on principle.
