Tracy Effinger's Squeeze: it's only 12 minutes with 2- or 3-lb weights but feels like a million reps.

The 'Butt Bible' workouts were just released so I don't think anyone has seen them yet, but from the clips, the 3 upper body dvds may be what you're looking for.

squeeze stronger. I think the arms and waist premix is about 22 or 23 minutes and it is fantastic.

Cory's old Get Hard: Arms and Shoulders fits the bill for me. About 15 minutes and it gives me the best looking arms of any workout I own. Drawback is that I have to add lat rows and pushups on my own.

Thanks for the recommendation! I stopped when she started doing side kicks (about 21 minutes in). Nice work for the biceps, shoulders & triceps (chest - I need to work on my form -- wasn't feeling the burn there).
