When I really want to focus on upper body, I use Cathe's Pyramid Upper Body. You choose your weight (it pyramids up, so you go from light to heavier), and so you grow with the workout. I love to work shoulders, and this has one of my favorite shoulder sequences.

When I want to only add on and use only light weight, high rep, I reach for the upper body portion of Squeeze Stronger. I use this a lot!

Thank you all for even more recs. I ended up doing Ripped & Chiseled and I'm sore today! I think I'll alternate that with Cathe's PUB, BodyMax (1 or 2) or Squeeze Stronger until I start to feel stronger again.

When I'm easing back into working out, upper body DOMS really bother me. I hate feeling sore in all of my upper body - I feel like it limits everything (even my comfort typing at the computer). So, I'm a wuss. I start in with stuff like Ellen Barret's Slim Sculpt and Bikini Ready Fast or a 10min segment from one of the 10min Solution Pilates dvds or a Core Fusion dvd. If I start in with the whole UB Premix from Squeze Stronger, I have DOMS for days. The first 20min of the UB Premix from Squeeze Stronger is okay (just not when she gets into push ups and those 1-arm tricep push-ups).
