I watched season 2 of Men's Health Next Top Trainer which Gideon Akande won. I've been anxiously waiting for his DVD set, especially after seeing him in BJ Gaddour's Metashred. It's almost here!

FYI, the basic package is $69.99 broken into 3 payments (the first 2 are $21 and change, the last one $27 and change). Included are 6 workouts, a calendar, and a water bottle. There is also a larger package.

If you're on Facebook, Men's Health has been posting snippets that will appear in the workouts. Earlier today it was the Gut & Glute Gauntlet.

I preordered. I love all things Men's Health!

Ladies, please post your review should you buy and do it. I need to find out if they ship in Europe.

This is just a small snippet. The actual dvd workout will have background exercisers, etc.
