I liked it a lot, but mostly for the strength work. I wasn't as big a fan of the cardio, but I did like the Brain Fitness Fun. However, many people liked the Interval Mix Cardio, so I'm a minority on that one. Although, I like the cardio on her 6 Mile DVD.
I want this one because of the step workout and the ball workout. Her you tube Cardio Ball workout is one of my favorites.
