Best Cathe to Build Legs

Can you give me some Cathe recommendations for legs? Here’s the issue: I have bad knees, so it can’t be anything too crazy or with much impact. You can include Cathe Live workouts.

her STS squat rack legs. You don't need a squat rack. You can access via the blender. 1 month is cheap and you can cancel easily.

Also, her low impact series will build your legs too.

Cardio leg blast from Xtrain is plain fun and tough
RWH leg workouts are good too

All great suggestions! I'd also add these two of my Cathe Live's to the list:

#235 - Leg Day - 2/7/19 - 46 minutes
A solid lower body strength workout that keeps your heart rate up while keeping your leg muscles on fiyah. Note: No repeats!

Equipment:
"A variety of weighted dumbbells (I’ll be using 10, 12, & 15 pound range...if at home you typically use 20 pounds or higher for squats and deadlifts please have that dumbbell weight ready to use)
A high step platform with three risers underneath (however a full sized step with three risers underneath each side works too)
One gliding device

That’s right, we’re talking fit and beautiful legs with a unique approach using some of the classic exercises that challenge the legs and glutes from all angles. Let’s Do This!

Equipment:
A full sized 4 inch step platform (no risers, just the 4 inch step platform)
A stability ball
Varied sets of hands weights (10’s, 12’s, 15’s)
A fitness loop
A fitness mat

What are your favorite upper body workouts from Cathe Live? I'd like to revisit and also add a little spot training to my triceps area.

I'm not sure if you want to build alot of muscle/size or want more "tone". I'ma pear shaped person with thicker thighs and my legs looked their best when I alternated her Great Glutes and Lean Legs & Abs workouts with added walking and targeted work from Ballet Beautiful segments.

I also had nice looking legs when I did her Low Impact Series. This ended up being an unexpected surprise as this series doesn't have alot of dedicated leg work.

I recommend CTX Leaner Legs. I have knee issues, and this workout never bothered my knees.
