All the ones that have you training 4-6 days a week like that are body weight only or very very light weight. So, yeah it is fine to do everyday. With heavy lifting you need a day between.

Yeah, you have to tune her out. Like a lot of things it is a "take what you can from it and discard the rest" type of thing. LOVE the workouts not so much her philosophy that her way is the only way....
