I am so glad you posted about this DVD- I love it! It is my perfect workout DVD, I love the exercises, the length, the pilates based abs, the cheesy music, and the instructor!

Is it ok to do swings daily?

From reading everyone's posts, it sounds like it is ok to do swings daily....I have been wondering about that - since weights are used in a swing, does it need to be considered a strength workout...
