My absolute favorite is Squeeze Stronger. Excellent arm work, esthetically pleasing, beautiful instructor.

I have Omega too. I just made kale, ginger, carrots, and celery juice, for 1 full cup I used lots of products. It is very concentrated. Omega is very slow, takes 15 minutes to make a cup. Messy too....
