My favorite of the two by far is 4 Fast Miles! The workout speeds by and the goofy James Brown bit near the end always makes me smile. No boosters - just all fast walking and jogging.

My first Denise Austin VHS tapes came from Kmart in the '90s. Kmart had a good selection of videos until the mid-2010s. So did Best Buy. I think Walmart and Target always had the smallest selection....
