The sticks worked for me

This is a hard question to answer. Results for me depends on the video and what my current goals are. I usually look for more definition and strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Prefer 3-day split

I prefer a 3-day split, because I feel rushed in TB workouts. I like to work a muscle to exhaustion by doing more exercises per muscle. Endurance workouts don't do it for me.

if u want something higher from the ground

use extra risers. I have 8 risers for weight work -4 for each side. You can put 5 or 6 on the high side to create an incline bench.

I do the same thing as Jaime. The Champion bras allow some bounce, but not much. I am a 34D. If I put a stylish bra on top then I have no bounce at all.
