I met a PT at work and asked for a recommendation to a good PT (this one worked in a hospital) and he said to just go on YouTube that I didn't need a PT. Some things are unforgettable.

Forgive me if this was mentioned but power tends to decline very rapidly as we age and is a good thing to incorporate in workouts - can be with strength or cardio, even low impact.
