I'll plug Cardio Crosstrainers
Lots of different cardio there, lots of Cathe, weights - for better or worse, I'm always tempted by workouts/instructors that others are doing.

Sauces from Trader Joe's...
The ones I've tried are bottled. There's a curry one, cuban mojito, cacciatore, mexican mole - a bunch more, but those are the only ones I've tried thus far.

I freeze brown rice and wheatberries...
Also risotto seems to do well. I have to tell you that you may want to make something other than beans/lentils. When I was breastfeeding, eating beans gave my son terrible gas and I had a freezer...

Just add my $.02
- Equipment: You may not NEED the bands, but they're the best I've ever seen - higher resistance and the handles make them very comfortable to hold. The rafters sound great for wrapping the bands...

Love my pressure cooker...
If you only need to cook grains, I would go with a rice cooker. But for soups and stews and beans, I'd go with a pressure cooker. I lurve mine - I have two: a stovetop 6 qt Mirro and an electronic...

My opinion...
I have ALL the ABBs; my favorite is ABB4. Are they all necessary? No, but now that I know the routines, I can do them on my own while catching up on some TV watching.
I like the...

Giacchina...
is Italian for Jackie (my real name). When I joined, there were at least 5 usernames with Jackie in them, so I went with the more unique variation.

Prefer Yayas
I prefer Yayas because (except for fee to become an ezsupporter) there are no seller fees, you can set your own terms, and sometimes you even know who you are selling to. But the market is pretty...

Lameness...
I think it's BTS (the one that split from LMI) that's purported to be lame. I heard that the first few BTS were truly awful, but that they've gotten better. This is all secondhand - I haven't...
