I had this on VHS and remember how sore my biceps were after doing it! The reps were fast! :eek: But I liked the 12 rep/3 supersets for each body part....

I subscribe to the CGX app and she has each of the full programs listed on a separate page, like a playlist. But it’s not set up as a calendar where you can “schedule” a workout.
