EPIC Day 47 Legs. A million times better than...

EPIC Day 47 Legs. A million times better than pushups! And a cardio effect. Felt heavenly (not having Bulgarians helped). Followed with Mr and Mrs Muscle Cardio HIIT no. 63 which was mixed impact.

That's why I didn't do it first - I was scared I would never have started EPIC! Day 50 is a BW Total Body workout probably another good one to try. Pushups throughout.

EPIC Day 50 Low Impact BW Total Body HIIT. Good workout but was it really HIIT? I did better with the pushups and balance work so didn't hate it which I think has to do with the work put in so far....

EPIC Day 43 Quads and Lower Abs. Didn't hate it which is high praise, I may have even liked it. Used 20lbs for leg work and modified less for the ab work. Could I be getting stronger? :D
