Yes it was dance and strength. Kind of like dance the mobility and strengthening. It looked great! It was earlier this year I believe when I saw it

I was on IG and saw a video of Molly Sims exercising so I went to the instructor’s page and saw it was Dance Body. It looks Tracy Anderson like. They have streaming workouts too has anyone tried it?

So I bought the Jungle Gym. It got goood reviews and was inexpensive. I just got it today and it’s very well made. It feels more substantial than the trx I tried at the gym. And I love the handles...
