I use 10 lbs. for the overhead press segment, lunge segment, bridge work and chest flyes (and every other section that requires 'heavy' weight), 3 lbs. for the aerobic running segments and 5 lb....

How right you are!
I actually do that all day after completing that tape. Sometimes I'll even sing it aloud after a couple of hums, then go back to humming it again. My kids look at me weird.

After doing PUB for the first time, I had to forgo using my hairdryer and putting on makeup that day. And I also couldn't cook dinner becuase I REALLY couldn't lift my arms.
