The first mile is about 15 minutes, 2nd I believe is about 13, 3rd is about 10, last mile is about 15 minutes. These times are approximate and do not include w/u or c/d.

K, ladies, I am not a yogi by any stretch, but need recommendations for an intermediate/lo advanced workout with good music, good breathing instructions and a reasonable time frame (40 - 50 minutes)....

I have and have done the 4 Really Big Miles. Not too much strength work because you are only using the Stretchie Band in the last mile, but still an enjoyable Leslie offering, imo.

Gets better with time. I had a broken ankle during the summer and could not exercise for 6 weeks. Took about 3 weeks to 'get back', if you know what I mean.

This is one of the reasons that I have most of Denise's new offerings. The 10 - 20 minute formats allow you to mix and match a more enjoyable workout based on your time commitment and liking on that...
