Be careful with pedometer
When you first start using it, you may need to experiment with the placement of the pedometer on you waistband. I recommend you put it on your underwear ot a belt, something that is definately snug....

Two things make me RAVENOUS the next day
1. A slow and heavy weight workout at the gym that last over 30 minutes.
2. A long swimming session that is at least an hour.
