I have only done the first 4 workouts and I love them so far. They are short, tough but doable. And I love combining them with other workouts.

This ever happen to anyone? I am so disappointed and I have never had this happen to me.

I wasn't crazy about the Yoga one. I think I have come to the conclusion, that I prefer yoga workouts by yoga instructors.
