Are you using Internet Explorer? I couldn't order when I was using IE, but I downloaded Google Chrome and then was able to order with no problems. Weird!

I had the same problem with the CC area not working and I don't have FireFox or Google Chrome. I've tried for a long time to order a couple of their DVD's and their website has never worked for me....
