Deb, I didn't even see your response when I wrote mine. This is funny, I was thinking the same thing, that somehow my body now knows to start sweating right away in the RAMP warmup!

Week 4 strength workouts in phase 1 are the same as weeks 1-3, she just adds a third circuit to each strength round, which is how the Phase 2 strength workouts are set up.
