These are bonus workouts around 40 minutes and packs a punch. I did the Kettlebell and Body Weight and I was a sweaty mess. Effective workouts all around.

I did the Ultimate Bodyweight workout and boy it felt great. The exercises look simple, they are, but he ramps it up and man you feel it at the end of the session. Loving this program....:heart:
